A first baseman with obvious feel for the spot. Frame and skill set play at the position. Gets off the bag well and shows obvious confidence in his glove. In the outfield he uses quiet feet in his approach. Fields two-handed through the baseball before getting into his shuffle step. Swings it from the right side, showing big athletic movements to his loading sequence. Movements produce a ton of energy when synced up but can be inconsistent at times. Bat is fast and he showed some strength to his hands. Path is uphill, generating regular backspin to the opposite field.

6-foot-0, 180-pound prospect. A righty swinger that has an aggressive approach at the plate. Uses a leg kick before weight shifting into contact. Bat gets vertical producing natural whip through the zone. Swings with the intent to do damage. Showed solid strength through contact with above average batspeed. Gap to gap pop at this stage. Would be aided by adding rhythm to loading sequence. In the outfield he uses quick, efficient footwork approaching the baseball. Fields with two hands to ensure ball security. Throws were accurate to home plate. Does a nice job of creating throwing lanes with his footwork prior to fielding on his double play balls. Plays low and showed confidence in his glove. A good athlete for the first base position.
