An unsigned senior with upside on the bump. Faight still has tons of projection left on his 6-foot-5 frame. Works exclusively from the stretch, featuring a delivery that doesn’t require much effort. Lower half is fluid, creating solid energy/direction. Arm is long/loose while moving through a high-¾ slot. Fastball was anywhere from 78-82 with more to come, showing regular sink. Spins a gradual breaking curveball with feel. The pitch travels on an 11/5 plane at 63-64 mph. Also tosses a slider that darts across the plate with depth at 66-69 mph. An interesting prospect that would be a low risk, high reward add to a college roster.
