7/17/18
A righty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Very physical swing from the left side. His advanced strength allows him to generate easy gap pop with a simple swing. Lifts the ball naturally and can drive the ball with authority. Very loud, impressive round of BP. Middle of the lineup type bat. Corner type in the outfield. Plays low and under control in his approach. Plays through cleanly, showing adequate ball skills. Arm strength would be area for improvement. Brings above average athleticism to the first base position. Plays fast and with confidence. Solid defender over there with above average ball skills.

6/20/18
A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Shows a back load with hands during his short stride. Level swing with both strength and speed to hands. Barrel has some whip and gets through contact with authority. Movements have some room to clean up but physicality is obvious with run producer traits to him. Worked out at both left field and third base. Presently shows a slightly more advanced skill set in the infield. Attacks the ball off the bat and plays low through fielding. Ball skills are adequate. In the outfield he has a corner type skill set. Plays with fluidity too and developing ball skills through. Bat plays and wouldn’t be shocked if he has a move to first base down the road.

7/5/17
A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Uses a toe turn to start his loading sequence. Barrel is fluid and gets vertical prior to launch. Barrel gets on plane and path it level. A strong kid with above average bat speed. Showed gap to gap pop in batting practice. Middle of the lineup skill set. In the outfield he uses smooth footwork approaching the baseball. Uses a shuffle step for momentum after fielding. Could eliminate the occasional extra step. Arm is above average and throws showed some carry. At third base he takes direct routes to the baseball. Tends to play from heels inside his funnel. Moves well laterally and actions are more athletic on the move. Ball skills are average at this stage.
