5’8, 135-pound prospect.Swings it from the right-side, initiating pre launch movements with a leg lift. Barrel gets vertical prior to launch. Path is level and swing is compact. Bat has some whip to it with above average bat speed. Has barrel awareness and looks like a top of the lineup type guy. In the infield he uses smooth footwork approaching the baseball. Has some bounce out of his stance. Does a nice job playing low through the baseball. Hands are soft and he made all the plays in his defensive evaluation. Has the ball skills for short but will need to improve arm. Currently projects best at second base.
