2/18/18
On the mound, the righty throws with an average tempo delivery. Releases from a ¾ slot with a whip like action. Stays directionally towards the plate. Fastball comes in hard downhill with  2-seam spin at 81-82 mph. Counters the 2 seam movement with a cutter that shows solid side to side action. Mixes in a sharp 11-5 breaking ball with late life at 68-72 mph. Changeup shows fastball like arm speed with late drop at 68-69 mph. In the infield his glove showed average actions and fielded each attempt cleanly. Footwork looked fine and is developing in quickness. Threw with a longer arm action across the diamond with a 78 mph velocity. Very impressive round of BP. The righty looks athletic in the box incorporating fluid, efficient movements to loading sequence. His natural loft to path allows him to lift the ball naturally and take advantage of his above average strength/bat speed combination. Finds the barrel often and is a present gap threat. Skill set at the plate translates to the next level.
60-yard dash: 7.64
Infield Velocity: 78
Exit Velocity: 82

1/16/17
6-foot-1, 183-pound prospect. The right-hander has a slow tempo through a balanced and compact delivery. Has good direction toward the plate. Long arm action, uses regular effort through a high ¾ slot and shows quickness to the arm. His fastball has cutting action sitting 73-76 mph. He shows good spin on his slider which has late 11/5 break. His curveball shows some depth at 57-60 mph with 11/5 tilt. He also featured a straight changeup with good arm speed at 68-70 mph. Behind the plate he displayed quick footwork during his transfer. Transfer skills are average at this stage. Very accurate on his throws to second base. A righty swinger that starts in an athletic setup with his bat vertical. A strong kid with above average bat speed. Ball comes off his bat well and showed the ability to create backspin on his line drives.

60-yard dash: 7.44
Exit Velocity: 80
Catching Velocity: 74
Pop times: 2.12-2.25

1/18/16
6-foot-1, 183-pound athletic, projectable frame. Ran a 7.93 60-yard dash. At the plate the righty used fluid movement and good rhythm to consistently find the barrel during batting practice. Uses a short stride to transfer his weight into contact. Hands remain simple to maintain a short, compact swing through the zone. Exit velocity was 73 mph. Behind the plate he did a good job of getting in line to second base on his throws. Threw with accuracy and 66 mph arm strength. Would like to see him use quicker footwork as he matures. Pop times ranged between 2.34-2.41. On the mound he has a slower tempo and stays tall as he gets to his balance point. Has good direction to home plate and uses long, loose arm action from a high 3/4 slot. Had good control of all of his 3-pitch mix with his fastball sitting 71-74 mph. Spins a 60-61 mph breaking ball with gradual break at an 11/5 tilt. Had good feel for a 58-59 mph changeup with some depth.
