Johnny Vuraich: C/SS, (2025) Villa Angela-Saint Joseph, OH. 5-foot-9, 170-pound athletic build. (72.2 mph bat speed average). (22.2 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced stance with a rhythmic active load, then uses a controlled stride. Bat speed was efficient, showed a loose swing plane and good extension on his balanced finish. Found a few barrels with a lot of loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Behind the plate, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 76 mph; had consistent footwork, sure hands, and a clean transfer. displayed next-level catching ability by boasting a 1.92-2.00 pop time. Calm quiet setup with tons of flexibility. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short arm action with athletic slot.

Begins in a balanced stance with a quick load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was efficient flashed, displayed a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Had some loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. While catching, throw downs to second topped out at 75 mph; has a clean fluid transfer, soft sure hands, and athletic in control feet. showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.99-2.00. Some flexibility and athletic setup. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a firm arm action and athletic slot.
