Begins in a wide athletic stance with a compact load, then uses a controlled stride. Has explosive bat speed, loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found lots of barrels with tons of loud contact. Aggressive gap to gap approach. Capable above average in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 82 mph; had a natural exchange, smooth in control footwork, and consistent hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were raw. Using a short quick arm action, showed decent accuracy to the bag from a high ¾ slot. Projectable advanced on the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a clean arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Stretch only type pitcher and shows decent effort. Has an athletic balance point and even shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. (Max spin 2303; Avg 2255).
