Kyle Ransom: SS/2B, (2022) Firelands, OH. 6-foot-1, 175-pound. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 88 mph. (64.05 mph bat speed average). (22.13 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was quick, had a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 78 mph; shows consistent quick feet, a clean exchange, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.08 in the 60-yard dash. .

Begins in an athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, had a simple flat swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 79 mph; has consistent feet, firm hands, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.93.

Hit:Athletic moves to a loading sequence that lands him in a balanced position at launch. Level path with a comparable offering of strength and speed to hands. Showed some authority when he was able to lift the baseball. Projects for more as he fills out his long-levered frame.
Power: Line drive with flashes of gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Field: Plays with a controlled tempo in the infield. Hands are soft and ball skills appear to be on par for class.
Throw:3/4 righty with more strength to come.
