5-foot-10, 205 pound catching prospect with a sturdy build swings it from the right side with a level stroke making nice contact throughout his round. Shows good pop in his bat and finishes his swing well. Recorded an 89 mph exit velocity getting nice use from lower half.  Behind the plate he showed nice footspeed with average footwork. Ball to hand transfer was average. Receives it well also. Nice intent behind throws and accurate. Recorded a 1.97-2.05 pop time.

At the plate he starts in an athletic setup from the right side. Uses a toe turn timing trigger while keeping his hands simple prior to launch. A strong kid with well above average bat speed. Natural tools are louder than 79 mph exit velocity would indicate. Ball jumped off his bat when he worked the middle of the field. Behind the dish he recorded pop times of 1.92-2.05 and threw with 72 mph arm strength to second base.
