6/19/18
A lefty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Shows a leg kick for timing as hands flow through a bat tip load. Strong kid with above average bat speed through the zone. Swing is intent driven on a slightly downhill path. Present gap abilities with impressive jump. Should grow into some power once he adds loft to swing. In the outfield he plays with quiet feet in his approach. Plays through nicely, on glove foot side. Mostly clean through fielding. Arm strength will be area for improvement moving forward.

6/21/17
A left-handed hitter that starts in a tall, open setup. Uses a leg lift and controlled stride for timing/energy. Hands stays loose and fluid prior to launch. Strong kid with with some bat speed. Bat has some whip to it. Ball gets off his bat well showing gap to gap pop. Swing is unique but gets the job done with well above average natural tools. Drove a triple to his pull-side gap in the game. A middle infielder with calm footwork approaching the baseball. Showed good reaction of the bat. Moves well laterally and glove skills remain on the move. Made all the plays in his eval.

A projectable frame at 6-foot, 160-pounds. Ran an impressive 6.98 60-yard dash. Starts in a tall setup at the plate and creates whip through the zone through a bat tip load during his short stride forward. His flat path allowed him to find the barrel consistently in batting practice. Above average batspeed at this stage. Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph. In the infield he has quick footwork with average glove skills. Needs to create angles with his pre fielding footwork to play through the baseball more efficiently. Threw across the infield with 65 mph arm strength. On the mound he offered a fastball/curveball combo working through a high ¾ slot. His fastball sat 65-68 mph with some sink to it. His breaking ball had a gradual break with an 11/5 shape at 57-58 mph.
