6-foot-0 and 190-pound right-handed pitching prospect. Slow tempo delivery that requires minimal effort. Uses a belt high lift with a tall and fall type lower half. Works slightly across his body at release. Uses a long arm action through a low-3/4 slot. Only offered two pitches on this day and showed ability to throw both for strikes. Fastball sat 74-77 MPH with slight run to the arm side. Only secondary offering was a knuckleball. At 65-67 MPH, the pitch has consistent 11/5 break with some tumbling action. Two-way prospect. Switch hitter at the plate with a very similar appearance mechanically from both sides. Starts in a balanced setup using a short stride for timing. Hands move slight back, maintaining barrel rhythm through load and into launch. Strength is apparent to hands from both sides. His well timed movements create energy into contact where the ball jumps off his bat. Middle of the lineup potential. Looks to be a true switch hitter with the only noticeable difference being more pull side from the right and more of an all fields approach from the left. A third baseman with quiet feet and soft hands. Glove is reliable and he maintains ball skills on the move. Looks for athletic outside funnel and made an outstanding play to his back hand side. Projects to be an above average defender.

On the mound, the 5-foot-11, 190-pound right-hander has a slower tempo to his low effort delivery. Fastball was 70-74 mph while working through a high-¾ slot. Arm action is clean. Threw one of the better knuckleballs we’ve seen in a long time. Showed excellent feel for the pitch that was uncatchable at times, even when in the zone. A switch hitter that starts slightly open from the left side. Movements are fluid and he has impressive bat speed through the zone. Path is downhill. Would like to see him level out to let his natural tools show more often in swing. Has impressive pop when he finds the barrel. From the right side he has a similar look mechanically. Maintains twitch and pop from the right side. Tough to say he was better from one side or the other and looks to be a true switch hitter moving forward. Once he levels path out from both sides he could find himself in the middle of the lineup down the road. Defensively, he starts in an athletic stance. Fields the ball out in front. Transfer has a tendency to get long as he fields the ball and gets tall - stopping his momentum towards first base. Will be aided by keeping his feet moving and improving the fluidity of his actions. Throws with long arm action through ¾ slot.
