Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a bat tip up top during controlled stride for timing. Level to downhill path with a middle of the field approach. Efficient mover with 20+gs of rotational acceleration and developing bat speed. Power: Developing pop. Much more to come as he fills out. Top exit velocity of 84mph. Offensive Projection: Middle ceiling. Field: Smooth tempo in the outfield that he maintains throughout sequence. Ball skills appear to be on par fro class. Throw: Arm works and he should continue to see more velocity as he adds strength to that 6-foot-3 frame. Defensive Projection: Corner guy.
Delivery/Scouting Notes: 6-foot-3 left-handed arm with a ton of room to add strength. Arm is clean/ball comes out easy. Three-pitch guy who is going to be a follow as he continues to add mphs with maturity. Fastball: Mostly true through the zone. Should see easy gains velocity wise down the road. Breaking Ball: 1/7 shaped offering with gradual action. Changeup: Similar look to fastball. Pitchability: Strike thrower for the most part.
