6/6/17
Arguably the most college ready position prospect left on the board in the 2018 class. Present skill set plays up the middle at the next level and looks to be able to stay at shortstop. Glove skills are impressive in an out of his funnel. Lateral mobility is there and he shows the ability to throw from multiple arm angles. Very impressive defender all-around. At the plate he has a very fluid loading sequence and feel for the barrel. Squares balls up with ease and has gap to gap pop.
60-yard dash: 7.22
Infield Velocity: 78
Exit Velocity: 88

6-foot-1, 165-pound, projectable frame. Very efficient with his mechanics at the plate. Gets the most out of his body and looks the part of a college hitter. Has a very fluid knee pinch load and keeps rhythm in his hands as he strides forward. His flat bat path allow him to find the barrel and create backspin even when slightly off time. Could be special at the plate once he fills out and adds strength. Registered an exit velocity of 87 mph and ran a 6.91 from home to first. Talented defender. Has athletic actions with above average glove skills. Has lateral quickness and actions work on the move. Arm is average at this point as he threw across the infield with 76 mph arm strength. How that develops will determine if he stays on the left side or moves to second base.

7/20/15
6-foot-0, 150 pounds with a long, athletic frame. 7.78 60 yard dash time. Right handed hitter displays a simplistic, compact stroke. Linedrive type hitter while showing he can spray the ball to all fields. Exit velocity of 82 mph. At short, he displays smooth actions and can get rid of the ball in a hurry. Uses different arm angles while topping out at 75 mph. Behind the dish, he recorded pops between 2.00 and 2.08 while hitting 72 mph on the gun.
