Begins in a pre-loaded stance with a tight load, then uses a toe tap stride. Had a simple swing plane, efficient bat speed and level finish. Barreled up some balls with some loud contact. Up the middle approach. Projectable in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 73 mph; has a clean exchange, soft hands, and in control feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball to the side. Behind the plate, he recorded a position velocity of 73 mph during throw downs; had sure hands, fluid developing footwork, and a fluid transfer. had consistent pop times of 2.09-2.14. Athletic setup with some flexibility. Used a longer arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the base. (Max spin 1975; Avg 1933).
