Capable recorded an outfield position velocity of 74 mph; has developing feet, a developing exchange, and consistent hands. Laterally, movements were average and fielded the ball out front. Solid while in the infield, made throws up to 62 mph; showed a clean exchange, consistent hands, and quick feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.62. On the mound, showed a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 68-71 mph. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 1736; Avg 1666). His 11/5 curveball (61-62) has some action. (Max spin 1884; Avg 1858). He shows slight action on his changeup (58-61).
