(19.8 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Had an uphill swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 78 mph; showed consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Solid in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 81 mph; had consistent footwork, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.64. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 73-75 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1685; Avg 1649). His 11/5 curveball (57-59) had slurvey action. (Max spin 1700; Avg 1646). He shows slight action on his changeup (65-66).
