A right-handed pitching prospect in the 2018 class. Uses long back arm action while working through a high-¾ slot. Arm speed is average at this stage and arm action is relatively clean. Velocity was down from the winter when we saw him up to 86 mph. Sat 76-80 mph with his fastball on this day. Used his fastball most but when he did go with a secondary option it was his 66-67 mph breaking ball. The pitch has signs of sharpness while working on an 11/5 plane.

The 6-foot-3, 205-pound righty has the ideal frame and size. He uses a big leg kick with quick tempo on the mound. Delivery has some effort to it. He sat at 83-85 mph with occasional cut on his fastball. His arm action is quick and out of a high ¾ slot. His off-speed pitches need consistency. His breaking ball shows potential at times with 11/5 action at 67-68 mph. Meanwhile, his changeup was a bit erratic at 77-78 mph.
