Quinn Marquis: OF/OF, (2023) Highland, OH. 5-foot-11, 175-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. (67.70 mph bat speed average). (22.40 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced tall stance with a controlled load, then used a toe tap stride. Bat speed was quick, had a short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 83 mph; had consistent hands, a clean exchange, and fluid footwork. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.09. (Max spin ; Avg ).
