Randall Saley: OF, (2022) Mentor, OH. 5-foot-9, 160-pound. In the box, Saley's best exit velocity was 86 mph. (66.48 mph bat speed average). (21.74 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then uses a toe tap. Had developing bat speed, an inside-out swing plane and level finish. Gap to gap approach. His best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 82 mph; has quick athletic feet, a twitchy exchange, and sure hands. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.69.

Started in a balanced stance with a smooth load, then used a toe tap. Bat speed is developing, shows an an inside-out swing plane and level finish. Gap to gap approach. In the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 82 mph; had a twitchy exchange, sure hands, and quick athletic footwork. Showed a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.69 60-yard dash.
Randall Saley: OF/SS, (2022) Mentor, OH. 5-foot-8, 156-pound athletic frame. During batting practice, Saley had a max exit velocity of 92 mph. Starts in a balanced stance with a controlled compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is above average and exhibits a level swing plane. Athletic from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 80 mph; showed athletic feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Recorded a time of 3.72 30 yard dash in the 30-yard dash.

Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Goes with a double tap for timing with a slight back load to hands. Level path with a nice combination of strength and speed to hands. Sprayed line drives up the middle of the field throughout BP.
Power: Much more pop than frame would suggest.
Offensive Projection: Top of lineup.

Field: Confident outfielder that moves with good tempo and athleticism to his actions. Seamless play through from fielding into his crow hop.

Body Type: Very athletic, muscular frame at 5-foot-6, 122-pounds.
Swing Mechanics: Upright stance before getting into his double tap timing trigger.
Hit: Compact, level stroke. Obvious athleticism in the box. Fast bat with some strength. Stays inside the baseball well, backspinning the ball to the middle of the field.
Power: 80 mph exit velocity. Line drive guy now with much more to come as he fills out and adds loft to stroke.
Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles.
Run: 4.09 H-1st.
Field: Quick too/through the baseball. Ball skills are developing.
Throw: 74 mph arm strength to home plate.
Defensive Projection: LF/CF.
