Ryan Miezin: RHP/2B, (2024) North Royalton, OH. 5-foot-9, 160-pound. Starts in an athletic quiet stance with a quick load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, displayed a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 88 mph; had a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a consistent arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, also used a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 2252; Avg 2168). His 11/5 curveball shows slurvey action. (Max spin 2129; Avg 2125).
