A lefty swinger that produced some of the more louder contact we saw at the event. Swing has some rawness to it but the natural tools are there. Ball jumps off his bat when he stayed through contact. Strength stands out as his top tool as barrel gets through contact with ease. A present gap threat with signs of some loft power to pull side. An above average athlete for the first base position. Gets off the bag with fluidity and plays through the baseball with average ball skills. Behind the dish he starts in a mid crouch. Gets out of stance well using short, quick footwork. Also showed quickness to his transfer. Would like to see him create better direction with feet. Pop times should see improvements as arm strength increases with maturity.
