Samuel Sethna: OF/RHP, (2022) Teays Valley, OH. 6-foot, 160-pound projectable frame. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 85 mph. Began in an open athletic stance with a smooth quick load, then used a controlled stride. Has a flat swing plane and average bat speed. Athletic from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 80 mph; had sure hands, quick athletic footwork, and a developing exchange. Fields the ball one hand, movements laterally were athletic. On the mound, showed good arm speed, also used a ¾ arm angle with a quick arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Sat with his fastball at 75-77 mph; shows arm side control and running action. His 11/5 curveball (61-64) showed gradual action. His changeup (64-65) shows arm side control and fading action.
