7/2/18 Two-way prospect. On the mound the southpaw works with a slower paced tempo to a delivery that doesn’t require much effort. Tall and fall type guy that lands open at foot strike. Arm works through a near over the top slot with fastball sitting 77-81 mph. Combination of length and slot create natural, downhill plane on the heater. Breaking ball is spun tightly on a 1/7 plane at 61-64 mph. Looks to have solid feel for the offering. Also showed a changeup that shows late dive to it at 69-70 mph. At the plate he swings it from the left side starting in a taller setup. Uses a double tap for timing while keeping hands quiet through load and into launch. Balanced launch with a path that that has some loft to it. Swing offers a bit more strength than speed through the zone presently. Ball comes off well, showing some run producer traits in the box. In the outfield he is a corner type guy with a loose arm. Expect more strength down the road with arm playing as an average tool presently. 60-yard dash: 7.2 Outfield Velocity: 76 Exit Velocity: 84
