9/16/17
A 6-foot, lanky right handed pitcher with long limbs and room to fill out. When we saw Tyler in the winter he sat 79-81 mph. Fast forward to the present and he sat 83-86 mph with the pitch that works on a downhill plane with some late lift. Still has more in there once he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. Curveball shows an 11/5 shape and is spun fairly tightly. A pitch that will need continue to develop but shows potential. Will be a nice pickup that could really develop into a good arm.

1/29/17
6-foot, 160-pound prospect. Athletic right-hander works at slow pace. Easy lift with some shoulder tilt. Slightly open at foot contact. Uses regular effort through a ¾ slot with a long arm action. The fastball has some arm side run sitting 79-81 mph. His changeup is thrown with good arm speed. The pitch has sink to it and sat 74-75 mph. His curveball has 11/5 shape, the pitch has some depth and sat 68-69 mph. Starts in a tall athletic setup at the plate. Lower half is fluid and efficient. Hands stay loose as they move to launch. Path is slightly downhill with impressive bat speed. Ball jumps off his bat when he finds the barrel. All around solid hitter. Defensively, he does a good job of creating angles, especially coming across to his glove side. Receives the ball well with some softness in his hands. Quick, clean transfer. Throws from a high ¾ slot. Good carry to his throw with top velocity of 82 mph across the infield. Would like to see him throw from lower angle when needed on the glove side play. Has the arm to stay on the left side of the infield at the next level.

Infield Velocity: 87
Exit Velocity: 82

7/8/15
5-foot-11, 150-pound thin, projectable body frame with room to fill out with. In the infield he uses good footwork to approach ground balls and continues to play through the baseball. He fields with soft hands out in front of his body. Throws with a clean, short arm action coming from a low ¾ slot, reaching a top velocity of 70 mph across the infield.

7/8/15
5-foot-11, 150-pound thin, projectable frame with room to fill out. Right-handed hitter that stands tall and slightly open to get back to even. Fluid load to get his hands back with a short compact swing that stays thru the zone. Registered top exit velocity of 75 mph and ran a 7.94-60. In the infield he rounds the baseball and fields it out in front to funnel into his body. Shows good range and throws from a 3/4 slot with 70 mph arm strength across the diamond. On the mound he has a slow tempo delivery that speeds up at foot strike. Good direction and throws from a high-3/4 slot with some effort. Fastball sat 76-77 mph and spins a breaking ball with 11/5 tilt at 66-68 mph. Showcased a changeup with good arm speed and fade at 70-72 mph
