Began in an athletic stance with a quick load, then used a leg kick. Had a level swing plane and average bat speed. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 76 mph; had sure hands, a clean developing exchange, and choppy developing footwork. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. On the mound, showed good arm speed, also used an over-the-top arm angle and a long arm action. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed a strong balance point. Threw his fastball 78-80 mph; has arm side command and running action. His 11/5 curveball (66-68) has gradual action. His changeup (71-72) has fading action and arm side command.
