A left-handed bat that starts in a tall setup. Initiates load through a toe turn. Hands move back before taking a level path to the baseball. Bat speed is developing and barrel has some whip through the zone. A contact guy who consistently produced line drives, with more present pop to pull side. In the infield, he plays slightly back on his heels while staying square to the ball. Plays through the ball well, carrying his momentum forward. Funnels the ball up to his chest. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot with developing arm speed. In the outfield, his approach is cautious. Displays proper outfield footwork, fielding the ball to the outside of his glove foot. Throws from a similar 3/4 arm slot. On the mound, the left-handed pitcher throws with an average tempo. Has some fluidity in his delivery. Foot strike lands slightly open upon impact. Finishes towards the third base side of the mound. Fastball shows some glove side movement. Curveball comes in on a 12-6 trajectory. Pitch shows gradual break. Also offers a slider as a second breaking ball. Ball shows side to side movement on a 4-9 tilt. Rounds out his offerings with a changeup. Changeup shows a consistent arm speed with a minor drop.
