Started in a balanced quiet stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Has efficient bat speed, simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 82 mph; shows sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2149; Avg 1998). Shows gradual action on his 1/7 curveball. (Max spin 2040; Avg 1987). His 2/8 slider had late action. (Max spin 2138; Avg 2063).
