Began in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, used a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 89 mph; showed quick feet, a natural exchange, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed some arm speed, he had a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Has a strong balance point. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2089; Avg 1917). Showed a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 2157; Avg 2108).
