Slick fielding infielder with room to add size and strength to 5-foot-11 frame. Athletic actions, moves well defensively with soft hands and easy transfers. Arm works with carry and velocity of 84 mph across the diamond. At the plate, keeps simple with quiet actions, short line drive swing with minimal movement in lower half, stays balanced through contact with exit velocity of 81 mph. Speed is part of game as well as he ran a 7.12 on a slow track. Plays well in games and will steal bases. Good looking 2017 prospect who will stay in the middle of the diamond at the next level.

Gonzalez is a 5-foot-11, 170-pound infielder with an easy, loose swing that produces hard contact to the left side. He stays back well and has long, tough at bats. Exit velocity was 80 mph as his  swing produces some loft and carry. Defensively, he shows soft hands and decent instincts, moves well in his lower half, body control is there to go along with arm strength as he was clocked at 78 mph across the diamond. Athletic infielder with tools to his game, Gonzalez looks to build his game as he currently has strong foundation to grow on.
