Novak is a left-handed arm that displayed some fluid actions on the mound. The 5-foot-11, 157-pounder attacks from a shorter arm action with a 3/4 release. The heater sat in the 82.9-84.1 mph range (T84.5 mph) with an average spin rate of 2000+. Combos the heater with a slider/changeup mix. The slider acts like more of a slurve with a mix of horizontal/vertical break (2200+). The changeup showed good fade to it. Avi is an intriguing arm in the ‘26 class that is equipped with a three pitch mix that could produce a lot of uncomfortable at-bats for hitters.
