On Monday, May 22nd, PBR Ontario hosted its first open outdoor showcase of the 2023 season with the Summer Future Games Trials. The event was a final chance for players to get in front of our staff before we begin breaking down what this summer's Future Games team will look like.
The event featured roughly 50 players from the 2025 and 2026 classes at Kings Christian Collegiate in Oakville for a pro-style workout and we begin to continue to break down all the top performers below with stat leaderboards.
At this event, we retrieved a significant amount of data on each player including: 60-yard times, batting practice measured by TrackMan, catcher pop-times and velocity, outfield evaluation and velocity, infield evaluation and velocity and pitcher bullpens analyzed and assessed by TrackMan. We pride ourselves on utilizing the latest technology in the game to provide the most accurate data for both the player and those recruiting/evaluating the player.
