2020 grad with lean, projectable frame who works both on the mound and at third base, Byberg shows solid actions both ways. At the plate, feel in the box, when on time and extended found the barrel with more focus on the pull side. Hits slightly open with leg kick, at times will get out on front side losing power and balance, bat will work downhill at times but shows looseness and ways to get on plane and through contact. At the hot corner, hands work and moves through baseball, arm had some whip across the diamond with carry and clean arm slot. On the mound, loose, easy delivery and arm. At times would get out front and push ball, when he stays in control and on time he worked down in the zone with run on his fastball. Curveball had tight spin and kept down in zone, showed feel for pitch and 11/5 shape. Intriguing 2020 grad with upside and clean actions.
