Theal is a projectable, 6-foot-3, 160-pound right-hander with a pitcher’s build and upside. On the mound, it’s athletic, and free-moving. He works from a high 3/4 slot and gets extension out front. He sat 82-84, T85, mixing in a 12/6 curveball with depth. He should fill out and continue to improve velo-wise and the quality of his stuff—intriguing 2021 arm.
