5-foot-11, 182-pound frame with strong lower half. Weagle has showed better velocity than the he did with his fastball in the 80-81 mph range. Worked over the rubber with a slow tempo to balance point. Arm had some stiffness involved in the back and and hindered ability to get out front at times. Breaking ball varied and best one thrown was 71 mph that had good downward action, would slow arm at times on changeup that was 69-71 mph but showed good fade to the arm-side. May not of been his best bullpen but was a force in the PBLO last year and expect him to be the same this coming year.
