2024 OF/RHP Jacob Pruitt may have displayed the most well-rounded toolset we saw on Saturday from the underclass group. The athletic frame at 6-foot, 165-pounds has plenty of room to fill out and Pruitt started his day by running the best 60-time at 6.97. He also stood out at the dish where he impressed from the right-side when he was catching the baseball out front. He worked mostly to the poolside where he had the top exit velocity among underclassmen, 86mph. The arm doesn’t stand out at this point but Pruitt displayed a pair of good tools this weekend.
