Balanced, compact and steady stance at the plate, minimal moving parts, get’s swing started later, there’s some bat speed, bat-to-ball ability and quickness rotationally, line-drive swing with an impressive 86 mph exit velocity. Mechanically sound behind the plate, 1.99-2.21 pop-times, 73 mph arm strength across, fairly accurate thrower. Boscarino will stick behind the plate and has the tools on both ends to be a contributor for a club at the next level.

Young 2020 prospect, 5-foot-9, 150-pound frame, time on side to add more strength. Ran a 7.51 showing speed for age with regular effort and good form. Defensively, caught the ball well, transfer was clean from short 3/4 slot, would get underneath ball at times losing carry, 2.20 was best time with velocity of 68 mph from the crouch.
