Game Performance

Notes

Comments

5/22/23

2025 3B/OF Vince Persaud has attended multiple events this year and continues to be one the top performers out of the EBLO. Some strength in his game at 6-foot, 185-pounds and has the ability to play third base or man a corner spot in the outfield. Was up to 84mph from both outfield and infield and also ran a 7.09 60-yard dash. It wasn’t the best round of BP we’ve seen from Persaud, although the bat has really developed and trend upwards over the past year, he still found the barrel at a clip of 66%.

2/22/22

OF/3B Vince Persaud was another player who made noticeable improvements and gains over the winter. Looked noticeable stronger at 6-foot, 180-pounds and it translated in his game. Was up to 80mph across the diamond and displayed an arm that we would have loved to see on the mound. Ball was travelling when the right-handed hitter was working to the pullside. Good start to the year from Persaud who has the showings of a potential breakout candidate this year.

12/19/21

Vince Persaud was another 2024 to show well on Sunday, a right-handed hitter from the Whitby Chiefs. The 6-foot, 180-pound OF/3B works with a line drive approach and has the ability to hit to all fields. There's bat speed from the right-side and there's lots to like when he's timed up at the plate. His exit velocity of 89 was near the top of his class and there's still plenty of room to add size and strength.
