We got a look at 2027 1B/OF Lucian Donald at a pair of the Holiday Hitters Showcases and he put together some of the top metrics among 2027s at the six showcases nation-wide. 5-foot-8, 195-pound left-handed hitter displayed a simple swing/setup with a line-drive approach and worked to the middle of the field throughout his three rounds. Posted a peak exit velocity of 92.4mph, along with a peak distance of 298ft. Plenty of development to come but was able to flash some present strength at times.
