Mid-Atlantic Summer Championships
Burr is a lanky lefty with a 5-10 frame and a lot of projection left. Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot from a short free arm action with normal effort. Shoulders are level and closed, lands slightly closed with an athletic finish. Fastball was 71-74 with some angle and late run. Curveball was 60-64 with some armspeed and big gradual 2/8 break. Showed ability to keep hitters off balance and induce weak contact.
