6/20/18 - 5-foot-10, 140-pound right-hander works out of a mid-3/4 arm slot with repeatable, moderate effort delivery. Delivery shows balance and rhythm. Mosbacher stays in line and finishes square. FB sat 69-71 and was cut to both sides of the plate. CB at 62-64 MPH was commanded well with 11/5 shape and moderate depth. SL remains a work in progress having inconsistent movement. CH was thrown with reasonable sell and consistent sink at 65-66. Defensively, tends to catch ball flat-footed. Mosbacher would benefit from being more consistent in getting behind and working through the ball in the air. He attacks and plays through the ball on the ground with proper technique. Arm strength of 72 MPH was registered on throws from the outfield.
