6/13/17 6-foot-2, 205-pound primary pitcher works solely out of the stretch.  Compact delivery with limited wasted actions.  Stays directional to the plate well from an over-the-top arm slot.  Sat 84-86 with late life to a fastball that is relatively flat.  Also displayed a changeup at 72-73 and a vastly improved curveball at 73-75 with sharp, late break.

2/12/17 6-foot-2, 205-pounder who pitched entirely from the stretch out of an over-the-top slot. Repeatable delivery and stays on-line to the plate. Both two-and four-seam fastballs were virtually the same velocity at 84-85. The former was very straight with some life, while the latter showed some hard, late armside action. Has some feel for a curveball at 68-69 that flashed depth, as well as a straight change-up at 72-75 that he threw for strikes, albeit while slowing his arm a tad.

2/12/17 6-foot-2, 205-pound primary pitcher continues to make strides as a positional player. Physical right-handed hitter starts from a square stance and uses a small, lift-and-replace stride to initiate his swing with a rotational hip turn. Creates an 88 mph bat exit velocity largely with stiff upper body strength. Deep load leads to arm bar and length in swing. Ran a 7.55 60-yard dash and bounced around the field defensively with a confidence in his glove hand and above average carry on throws of 89 mph across the diamond.

8/19/16 Miller shined as a two-way prospect. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound rising junior sat 80-83 from a high 3/4 arm slot during two innings of scoreless work. Working solely out of the stretch Miller also commanded a 71 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and a 73 mph changeup at fastball arm speed. Miller displayed athletic actions defensively with above average range and 85 mph arm strength across the diamond. The right-handed hitter flashed some present power going 4-for-11 with a double, two runs scored, and one RBI in game action.
2/14/16 6-foot-1, 185-pounder whose delivery features a high lead arm and wrist-wrap with split-second hesitation at the bottom of his armstroke. Pitched out of an over-the-top slot with an upright finish and some arm recoil. Fairly easy delivery generated a fastball at 80-81 that touched 82-mph. Also showed a mid-70s straight change-up, while his best pitch was a solid 12/6 curveball at 67-70.
Right-handed hitter who starts from an upright, slightly open stance. Uphill swing path has some stiffness and he would benefit from keeping his barrel in the hitting zone longer, while he did flash some bat speed. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash and posted 85-mph exit velocity. He exhibited playable defensive actions and a long arm action into an over-the-top slot that generated throws of 84-mph with good carry.
11/7/15 6-foot-1, 180-pound righty sat 80-83 from a 3/4 arm slot with a quick, live arm. Significant velocity jump is possible as Miller continues to grow into his projectable frame and better learns to incorporate his lower half into his delivery. Also displayed a 69 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and a 76 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed. Complimentary pitches will improve with better arm speed.

11/7/15 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed hitter. Starts from an upright, slightly open stance and takes a long stride, remaining slightly open. Uphill path would benefit from staying through the contact zone longer, although he consistently barreled the baseball during his BP round. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash and posted an 80-mph exit velocity. Defensively, he showed a clean, quick arm that generated 82-mph arm strength across the diamond.
