7/12/16
5-foot-11, 180-pound, average athletic frame, is well proportioned athlete, still has some room to fill out and get stronger. A right-handed hitter, who can really swing the bat, drives it well to all fields and can handle the bat. The stance is balanced and even, the hands are loose and relaxed at shoulder height. For timing uses a leg kick, loads up and keeps his hands back. The swing is level to up with a good two handed finish. Bat speed is good, tee exit velocity was 90 mph with life and whip out front. Showed good swings in the game, collected a single, times down the line were good a 4.4. Defensively, is well above average, can play all three spots. The footwork is good, gets around the ball towards target and keeps them moving throughout. The hands are soft and work well, transfer is clean. The arm is short and quick, works out of a ¾ slot, clocked at 79 mph. Feeds and turns are good from all three spots on the double play. High follow for me, can defend and swing the bat.

2/20/16

5-foot-10, 180-pound athletic frame, with room to fill out. Middle infielder who uses good footwork to approach ground balls. The actions are smooth and effortless, fields ball out front, feet and hands work well together. The arm action is short and clean on the back, clocked at 74 mph with easy carry and flight to ball. Looked solid starting the pivot from the left side of the bag, has the ability to play all three infield positions. Offensively, he hits with a basic, balanced setup. Feet are slightly wider than shoulder width, uses a leg kick for added power. The path is level through the zone with a classic one handed finish. The lower half is under control, tee exit velocity was 85 mph, has more in there. Ran a 4.28 from home to first.
