6-foot, 210-pound, strong, physical athletic frame. Well proportioned with strength throughout. A left-handed hitting catcher, at the plate, wider even stance, loose hands at the shoulders. Displayed monster power to all fields, the swing is down to level to up, showing natural lift to it. The swing creates backspin to the baseball, driving the baseball deep into the gaps.  The exit velocity was clocked at 94 mph, baseball explodes off the bat, power potential. Defensively, the arm was clocked at 74 mph, with a pop time of 2.06, all throws on or close to the bag. Can lower time, leans pulls off, arm gets a tick long, with reps should shorten over time. Showed a balanced approach on the catch, secures the pith, big frame to throw to. Potential to be a draft at some point.

Exit velocity: 94 mph

Arm Velocity: 74 mph

Sixty-Yard Dash: 7.50

JUNIOR FUTURES
5-foot-7, 145-pound left-handed hitting catcher. No running time at the event. Thew 67 mph from behind the dish, the feet need to be smoothed out during the transfer. The glove is soft and continuing to work on securing the catch is imperative. The bat has strength to it, tee exit velocity of 84 mph. The setup is close with the feet, front foot steps into the swing as the ball approaches. The hands work freely to the ball and he has strength behind contact.

3.25.18
5-foot-6, 145-pound, thick, durable athletic frame. A left-handed hitting catcher. Behind the plate, he has a short and clean arm action that works out of a natural ¾ slot. The pop time was 2.43-2.47. The arm was clocked at 67 MPH from behind the dish, strength is well above average for his age. Look for the velocity to continue to improve as he physically gets stronger, has more in there. The feet are even in the setup, gains ground with the transfer of the feet. The hands are soft, showed to be able to handle velocity when receiving pitches, glove stays strong, able to stick the pitch at an early age.  At the plate, the hands are held at shoulder height, feet are even, right at shoulder width. For timing uses a small leg kick, gains ground with stride foot. The swing is level to up, creating lift and leverage to the swing. The tee exit velocity is well above average at 84 mph. The approach is more middle to pull, looks to have enough pop to beat the outfielders. Impressive young player, look for big things from this one at some point.
