6-foot, 185-pound, strong athletic frame. Well proportioned, with a stronger lower half. A two-way player, showed very well at this event. Off the mound, simple repeatable delivery, builds momentum down the mound. The leg raise is quick, stays over the backside, inline stride. The arm action is short and clean on the backside, working from a higher slot. Lived in the bottom part of the zone, pitching downhill, attacks the strike zone. The fastball was clocked at 83 mph, with riding action to it. The slider is thrown with good velocity, up to 74 mph, late break and depth to it, potential swing and miss pitch at the next level. Mixed in a change up as well, clocked at 76 mph, works off fastball, arm side fade and action to it. At the plate, even feet, small pick up and put down. The hands are loaded, higher than shoulder height, with tilt to them. The swing is level through the zone, hands are inside the baseball, middle to pull side approach. The exit velocity was clocked at 87 mph, and ran a 7.18 sixty-yard dash.

6-foot, 170-pound, strong, wiry athletic frame. Strength throughout, well proportioned, above average athlete for his age. A right-handed hitting two-way player. At the plate, feet are shoulder width, front foot starts slightly open. The hands are loose at the shoulders, pre-pitch movement to them. The swing is level through the zone, barrel has whip, more of a pull approach. Showed hard solid contact in batting practice, the tee exit velocity was clocked at 83 mph, baseball jumps off the bat. Runs ok, ran a 7.53 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, arm is above average, clocked at 80 mph, arm works from a higher slot. Throws are down hill and are on target, has pull with front glove could stay on target longer, arm is a weapon. Off the mound, pounds the zone with a 3 pitch mix. The fastball was clocked at 76-80 mph, located down in the zone. The breaking ball has 11/5 break to it thrown for strikes. The delivery is repeatable and works with easy effort. Time will tell which way he will go.

6/09/18
5-foot-10, 155 pounds, average athletic build and proportions. Room to add upper body strength in the coming years. Ran a 7.79 sixty yard dash. A right-handed hitter, his feet set about shoulder width apart. Short rocking action back as he begins to transfer weight to the back foot, while the hands work at shoulder height. Solid hip rotation. At times the bat path can get lofty, which will create some swing and miss. Some pop in the bat, showing an ability to hit to the pull side gap during batting practice. Will need to prove the hit tool against velocity. Posted an exit velocity at 70 MPH. As an outfielder, throws from a ¾ slot, and the arm was clocked up to 78 MPH. Slight crank-like movement in the arm action. Average athletic actions defensively. Profiles best as a corner outfielder. Also a right-handed pitcher, the hands start at the belt and stay low. Good stride length, Fosters shows an ability to get downhill on his pitches. Long arm swing working from a ¾ slot, shows ball on the backside, minor coil of the torso. Foster showed a four and two seam fastball, with the two seamer generating sink. Both pitches ran between 73-75 MPH. The curveball sat between 64-67 MPH, showing good 12/6 shape and bite, potential to be a plus offering down the road. The changeup is firm and sat 67-68 MPH, room for improvement as he hits the high school level. A promising pitcher to keep tabs on as he enters the high school phase of his development.
