Physical Profile/Projection - 5-10, 155lbs. Slender athletic frame. High waist. Additional player development will add functional strength. Youthful appearance, considerable projection remaining.
Offensive Analysis - Switch hitter. LHH narrow stance. Relaxed hand set with some prepunch rhythm present. Controlled leg kick and medium stride length. Hands load down and back into a slightly wrapped position at launch. Uphill path and level two hand finish. RH narrow open stance. Quick medium leg kick and stride. Hands load back into an arm barred load. Uphill path through contact. More intent present from the right side. Level two hand finish. 6.91 sixty time (laser). Aggressive on the bases.
Defensive Analysis - Athletic actions in the OF. 82 mph OF velo. Fluid pro step, fields the ball out front and uses a smooth transfer. Quick pro step and full arm action. H3Q arm slot. Throws showed accuracy and carry. Good reads, quick lateral actions. Speed & arm strength plays well from any OF position.
Delivery/Mechanics - Medium rocker step to a rotational balance point above the belt. Stabbing take away to a 3Q arm arc on the back side. Works through a H3Q arm slot. Lands square to the target, on his line. Falls off to the glove side on follow through. Athletic feel in the delivery, repeats. Quick arm, velo will continue to rise.
Pitches - FB up to 80 mph with running action when located to the arm side. Showed heavy tendencies when down. Consistent location. Showed the ability to work the ball to each side of the plate with intent. CB - 65-67 with downer action. Pitch showed plus potential at times. Used in sequence with the FB, consistent release point. CH 69-70 mph. Feel for the pitch, heavy arm side fade.
