5-foot-10, 160-pound, LHP generated 6 swing and misses on 12 swings. Medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, some physical projection. Pitches from a full wind-up into low ¾ release from the middle of the rubber. Long arm action in back w/ slight stab. Struggled with timing. Due to long arm action, was not taking enough time over the rubber with his lower half to let arm catch up and allow him to consistently repeat his delivery. Deceptive. Straight FB shows occasional arm-side run when thrown to his arm-side corner, straightens out to his glove-side corner. CB is a medium downer w/ flashes of depth, occasional slurve. Arm-slot would be more conducive to a true SL. CH w/ arm-speed, fade and short sink. Sprayed the zone on this day, projects to control.
