8/19/18 - Home-1st: 4.56, Position Velocity:  IF-78, OF-81, Exit Velocity: 88
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHH picked up a hit in game while showing some defensive versatility.  Tall, athletic frame, long and lanky w/ some present strength.  Projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ an open, upright stance w/ short hand rhythm and low hand location into toe tap and proper load.  Generates bat speed through the zone.  Lot of moving parts, but gets into the right spots.  Can get out on his front leg at times.  All fields approach w/ lot of line drives when right.  Projectable pull power.  Defensively, worked out at 1B and in the OF.  On the dirt, shows solid hands at 1B w/ carry to target arm strength and good footwork around the bag.  In the OF, moves well w/ carry to target arm strength.
8/11/18 - 60 Time: 7.10, Position Velocity:  IF-78, Exit Velocity: 87
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHH shows all-around offensive potential.  Tall, athletic frame, long and lanky w/ some present strength.  Projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ an open, upright stance w/ low hand location and short hand rhythm into toe tap to square and proper load.  Generates easy bat speed through the zone w/ barrel feel.  Consistent hard contact in BP w/ barrel feel.  Unique set-up, but gets to all the right cues and shows ability to stay on balance.  Projectable pull power.  Defensively, moves well at 1B w/ carry to target arm strength.
6/13/18 - Max FB: 83, FB: 80-83, Avg FB: 78.70, CB: 66-70
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHP shows intriguing stuff from a L 3/4 slot when he opts to pitch from it.  Tall, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned strength, projectable.  Has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Pitches from a full wind-up into anywhere from a L ¾ to H ¾ slot from the first base side of the rubber.  Throws slightly across his body.  From the low ¾ slot, arm shows looseness and some arm-speed.  Occasional downhill plane, angle.  Trying to decide which arm slot to consistently pitch at, would like to see him convert to side-arm and allow the looseness of his arm to play.  FB shows arm-side run from the low slot, flattens and straightens out from the over the top release.  Mixed in medium downer CB that flashes proper shape and depth.  Spiked the second CB he threw.  Sprayed the zone, developing the repeatability of the delivery to throw consistent strikes.  Shows ability to generate swing and misses on the FB, getting 5 of 14 on the pitch.
6/13/18 - Home-1st: 4.50, Position Velocity:  IF-78, Exit Velocity: 87
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHH has a unique setup, but shows the ability to get the barrel to the baseball consistently w/ bat speed.  Tall, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned strength, projectable.  Has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Offensively, hits w/ an open, upright stance w/ low hand location into toe tap and proper load.  Unique setup, but everything gets to where it is supposed to get to when it is supposed to get to it.  Generates above average bat speed through the zone.  Line drives to all fields when right w/ up the middle approach.  Shows some pull power in BP.  Projects to hit for power as frame matures.  Projects to really hit.  Projectable average runner.  Defensively, played out of position at 3B at this event, as typically plays 1B.  Moves well at 3B w/ some softness in the glove, has the potential to play the position w/ reps.  Profiles as a solid average to slightly above average defensive 1B who has shown the ability to pick the baseball in the past.  Profiles best for this scout as a position player.
11/18/17 - 30 Time: 4.03, Position Velocity:  IF-80, Exit Velocity: 93
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHH shows high level bat speed w/ above average corner infield athleticism.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present strength, physical projection.  Offensively, hits from a narrow, slightly open stance w/ back shoulder hand location belt-high.  Leg kick w/ low hand load.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ gap power.  Projects to hit for power as frame matures.  Defensively, profiles as a corner infielder w/ usable hands and solid feet w/ arm strength w/ carry to target.
11/18/17 - Max FB: 83, FB: 79-81, CH: 70-72, SL: 72-74
6-foot-2, 180-pound, RHP shows some present velocity w/ feel for spin.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present strength, physical projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step into first base side of rubber.  Balance point w/ hip turn into leg drive and ¾ release.  Repeats mechanics, gets arm on time.  FB w/ occasional arm side run, occasional straight.  SL is slurve w/ proper shape, feel for getting in strike zone.  CH w/ arm-speed, fade and occasional sink.  Strike thrower projects to command.
9/17/17 - Max FB: 80, FB (76-80), CB (68-71)
6-2, 175 pound 2-way player shows potential both ways.  In the box, the righty hits w/ an open, slightly crouched stance w/ hands at his belt.  Leg kick into proper load.  Generates above avg bat speed.  Gap to gap type hitter.  As a pitcher, attacks from a H 3/4 release.  Works from a full-windup w/ deliberate movements.  FB flashes arm side run, but mostly straight.  Mixes in side arm FB's, show a little run.  CB flashes above avg w/ tight rot, avg depth.  Mixes depth and tightness of pitch.  DNS CH.  Threw strikes, developing command.  Intriguing 2-way player.

12/10/16 - 60 Time: 7.28, Position Velocity:  IF-77, Exit Velocity: 84
6-foot-2, 175-pound, RHH hits from a narrower and closed stance with some upright posture, uses a pretty generic stride and a substantial movement back with his hands to get loaded, lower half struggles to create much separation because of his closed alignment, swing plane is usually flat through the zone but can get steep on balls that are down, at his best when staying toward right-center.  Defensively, showed good hands and above-average footwork around the bag, fielded the ball cleanly, exchange included a glove pat and led to a long arm action through a nearly over-the-top slot.

12/10/16 - Max FB: 83, FB: 82-83, CH: 71-73, SL: 67-69
6-foot-2, 175-pound, RHP uses an uptempo motion that utilizes his whole body at one point or another, rhythmic rocker step helps gain some momentum into his leg lift, leg straightens before heading home in a closed position, lands in line and uses a quick and loose arm action through a high ¾ slot, finishes out front and under control.  Fastball seemed heavy through the zone, slider was erratic but can be sharp with 10/4 shape, changeup had some fade but missed down a lot.
