2/15/20:�Sophomore-eligible right-hander pitched two innings on opening night against Michigan, punching out three while allowing two hits and one unearned run. His super sinker ranged between 89-90, while his four-seamer came to the plate up to 93 mph. He also flashed an above average-to-plus slider at 84-85 mph and a bigger shaped breaking ball at 78-80. Smith throws with much effort and profiles as reliever at the professional level. (Seifert)
