6-foot-1, 155-pound athletic frame. At the plate, Timbes best exit velocity was 87 mph. Begins in a balanced wide stance with a controlled smooth load, then uses a short stride just before his swing. Bat speed is quick, has uphill simple swing plane and high finish. He Barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average in the infield, displayed a velocity of 81 mph; has athletic feet, a clean exchange and sure consistent hands. Had a loose arm action and a low ¾ slot with decent accuracy to the bag. Showed his athleticism during the event with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.89. Above average on the mound, where he showed good arm speed, he had a ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher and shows some effort. He has uphill shoulders with consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 83-85 mph; had sinking action and arm side control with heavy movement. His 11/5 curveball (72-73) had late action and decent control. Showed some command on his tight changeup (78-79).
