6/12/18 - Max FB: 83, FB: 81-83, Avg FB: 81.53, SL: 68-72
5-foot-8, 155-pound, RHP showed ability to pound the zone w/ his FB, throwing 13 of 17 for strikes.  Short, athletic frame w/ some present lower half strength, some physical projection.  Pitches from the stretch only from the first base side of the rubber into ¾ release point.  Quick arm, arm-speed suggests velocity should be closer to 85 or 86.  Learning to consistently use lower half, can be along for the ride at times.  FB shows occasional short arm-side run.  SL flashes proper shape w/ average depth, can get cut-like at times when his fingers get around the baseball.  Around the zone, shows ability to pitch to both sides of the plate.  Projects to command w/ simple, repeatable delivery.

9/17/17 - Max FB: 83, FB (79-83), SL (69-73), CH (74-75)
5-7, 150-pound righty shows advanced feel for FB w/ life.  Short, athletic build.  Up-tempo full windup w/ some effort in throw from ¾ release.  Hits all his cues, repeats.  Consistent arm-side run.  Has an idea on how to get the FB in on righties to allow the life to play up.  1-7 SL flashes late break w/ avg depth.  Got a little loose at times, slurvy.  Developing CH w/ armspeed, some sink.  Attacks hitters w/ no fear, pounds the zone, especially w/ FB (28 of 33 for strikes).  Interesting arm to follow.

6/13/17 - Max FB: 85, FB: 82-85, CB: 70-72, CH: 70,
5-foot-7, 150-pound, RHP has a smaller frame but uses a quick and uptempo delivery to give himself a presence on the mound.  Works at his own pace and keeps the hitters on their toes.  Carter’s fastball sat 82-85 as he showed a quick arm that produced some run.  Curveball was thrown for strikes and showed 11/5 to 10/4 shape with some late movement.
